At Lakhdatar Variety Store, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 3 days of receiving your order. However, the request must meet our eligibility criteria.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by valid proof of purchase. A proper video recording of the item at the time of unboxing is required to support the claim. Without adequate proof, the return or refund request may be declined.

Once the return request is approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days. The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
